Shipping and Return

All goods are shipped prepaid and charge on payment by VISA. MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. No materials may be returned, unless prior permission and return authorization number is granted by Knights Magnetic Products (Canada) Ltd. Returned material for which Knights Magnetic Products (Canada) Ltd has no liability must be returned freight prepaid. All goods returned are liable for a restocking charge of 25%. Our liability on any material found to be defective will be limited to replacement of the material at no charge or a credit not exceeding the cost of the material.

 

Refund policy

ALL NEODYMIUM MAGNETS AND MAGNETIC ASSEMBLIES SALES ARE FINAL!   NO EXCHANGE OR RETURNS!

 

All Other Items:

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@knightsmagnetic.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation to send back the item(s). Any item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing a shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like neodymium magnets, magnetic assemblies, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and all opened items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a different item, please send us an email at: info@knightsmagnetic.com.

 

Refunds (if applicable):

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
